I was going to purchase one of the blood type food & supplement pocket book guides for DH, but I wonder whether there is a distinction made in these between secretor and non-secretor foods?  Does anybody use these?  It would be really helpful to have one on hand for him.  He is A+ non-secretor.

I have one, O in V and used it until I got my SWAMI.  The one I had did not distinguish between secretor and non-secretor, so I made the changes of the foods I was interested in myself.  It was fairly easy, as many of the food lists are the same with only a few exceptions.

I use the A one, and there is no diff. btw secretors.  It's mostly like a shopping list, buy what you want and discard the rest.
