Sure, neighbor! I got it at Whole Foods, los gatos. It is Guayaki brand Yerba Mate with cocoa and spices. You'll like it! |

Good job, Jayneeo! Have you tried taking magnesium, especially in the p.m.? It's relaxing and helps the body let go. What about a little transdermal progesterone. I sleep so much better during the days of the month when I am using the progesterone cream. (I cycle with it as recommended after menopause - a few days in a row each month stopping the cream) |

My progesterone levels rose after using the OTC cream, so it definitely was not placebo. |

I sleep poorly also. I read a cure for insomnia at zenhabits http://zenhabits.net/sleep/. I haven't tried it yet but it sounds like a maybe, at least I hope. |

Jayneeo, do you have a lot on your mind? I know I don't sleep as well when I have thoughts going round and round in my head.

Jayneeo, another good Bach Flower remedy for "too many thoughts" is White Chestnut, which is also in the Rescue Sleep. |

Coffee definitely makes my anxiety worse. And it doesn't even give me the boost that most people feel. I just end up not being able to sleep.
I know it sounds silly, but if apple juice is on your plan, you could try that instead of coffee as well, to try to get a pick me up if you need it. |
