Ecstasy (cool name), you may well be right. I've never particularly had a problem with apples as far as I recall, but I've never been particularly in love with them either - perhaps why I can't remember how I feel about them....  |

I ususally keep on hand:
Some pineapple juice
Walnut oil and fresh lemons for making my own salad dressing.
Lettuce
Gertrude Hawk chocolate bars- I eat one a day.
Sardines
Ground turkey
Eggs
Occasional lobster and shrimp with butter.
Box of red wine - I drink a glass every 3 days or so.
Bananas
Not much else makes it into my fridge or kitchen other than some occassional rice noodles. |

I'm on LR. I haven't had time to get beyond that. But will this spring. I drink about 2 ounces or so of red wine every 3 days. And lettuce I eat with almost every meal. It does give me some noises in my system. But no problems otherwise. |
