First I'll just say that I haven't always been like this, but there's something going on with like my gut. Like I get candida really easy.

Anyways when I eat any type of fats, I just feel very tired after. Like I feel like I could go take a nap. But I'm always craving fats too.
And many fats give me a sore throat. Like if I have butter, or olive oil. Or canola. I don't really understand why

Another thing is I don't think I'm really absorbing magnesium. Cuz if I eat meats I start getting muscle spasms and then I'll get a headache. And I'll have to pee a lot. And I read that magnesium helps with enzymes that remove ammonia. So I'm thinking maybe the ammonia isn't getting removed properly?
And I'll take magnesium supplements (citrate/oxide) and it makes me feel worse. Should I maybe try getting a different type of magnesium?
I also have tried epsom baths but I feel worse after doing that too.

Or it could be something else, I obviously don't really know that much about it all

What is a mind, if not something to be messed with?
What is consciousness, if not a state to be altered?
If it helps to substitute for the phrase "messed with" the word "clarified" or "purified" or "alchemised" or "beautified", then perhaps my meaning is taken. A mind is a terrible to waste.

Magnesium notes: Vitamin B6 and Vitamin D will help with absorbing magnesium.

I prefer magnesium glycinate to oxide or citrate.

Citrate works better for me than oxide.

Some people do better with taking liquid forms of magnesium rather than tablets.

On dermal absorption of Magnesium---Oil works better than epsom salts.

I had a very similar problem; I was in a lot of pain everytime I ate anything fatty (even if it was healthy fat), but I started taking a B-vitamin complex and it went away.

oh I had a b vitamin complex but it made me feel like expletive deleted.

But it's never painful, Like I always seem to digest anything I eat well, just different things will make me feel mentally different or worse.

Since you've only just figured out your blood type, you obviously haven't been following BTD very long (if you've even had a chance to start yet.)

I suggest you simply follow the O diet, and see how you feel after a few days. What you're experiencing could simply be detox. Don't even worry about supplements yet- just follow the diet, and after a week or two we can see if anything needs to be tweaked.

I know how you feel I've been having the same problems and I've been following the diet for over a year now so it can't be because I haven't been on the diet long enough. I just recently stopped eating fats except for whats in meat and am finally feeling better. I can eat as much fruit as I want now and don't have any problems.

I have problems when I eat nuts, seeds, and oils which includes things cooked in a lot of oil like potato chips. I tested potato chips over thanksgiving and felt awful. I was always trying to eat my beneficial nuts and oils but always felt bad and had candida flairs so I just cut them out for now until I can figure out what to do.
