I was looking at the different supplements available and noticed a lectin blocking one..
Does that mean you could eat whatever then? Or what? |

But your may not suffer quite as badly when you use deflect to partially offset the damage caused by lectins not compatible with your blood type. |

You're thinking of Deflect, where you can eat all the potatoes you want, take some Deflect, and then sit back, relax, and let the supplement do its thing.  |

Seriously, Deflect is a great product, but C# was very accurate in that it does reduce the lectin damage, but doesn't eliminate it... There is no magic wand to wave to keep an ingested poison from hurting you. The best you can do is limit it. |
