I could only get cook right for your type and live right for your type.

But the thing is, they say different things for foods...

Like cucumbers on cook right for your type it says it's neautral for O's. And then for live right it says to avoid. wtf?

What is a mind, if not something to be messed with?
What is consciousness, if not a state to be altered?
If it helps to substitute for the phrase "messed with" the word "clarified" or "purified" or "alchemised" or "beautified", then perhaps my meaning is taken. A mind is a terrible to waste.

I think there's an errata here (somewhere) for the books because there were a few "typos."

My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.
