I'm an O too and a true lover of coffee; I have to be honest, though, it never occurred to me in the 20+ years I drank coffee to consume it via my backside. Does such a product really exist? It would seem to follow (with my limited knowledge on the subject) that if it's bad in one end of the digestive tract, it's likely not great in the other either...I'm sure others have a more educated, informed reply. |

are you using it in calemas? I think it will not hurt as it is not inside long, but might stimulate the effort.. |

You would certainly avoid the acid in the stomach but what a way to get your caffeine, which in my understanding is part of the protocol. |

The only context that I have heard of a coffee enema is "Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles." It was a joke sprung by George Hamilton in a cameo appearance. Definitely a joke on the weird habits of "sophisticated" LA as seen through the eyes of a bushman.
Given the delicate balance of the intestinal flora any abrupt change (even one designed for the better) is to be discouraged. The little critters are easily disturbed.
The beneficent intestinal flora is you symbiant partner in this life; take care of it and it will take care of you. |

I can't speak for Os, but I used to do them pre-BTD when I was having a lot of digestive trouble. They were.....um....brutal....but......Wow, what a relief! |

I had one of these by accident! I say 'accident' because I went for 'an enema' and only realised there was coffee involved when the stuff was already where the sun doesn't shine! I didn't know if using coffee was the way it was supposed to be and said nothing. Now I know better! I was so jittery after, that I didn't dare to drive home! I sat in the car for nearly 2 hours until I was calm enough to feel it was safe for me to drive- I am caffeine sensitive by the way- can't drink the stuff either : ) but this was off the scale!! People who do enemas and have a clogged digestive tract feel energised after- that is why I suspect they use coffee! To make the customer feel they got value for their money. I don't know if there is another reason, but feel free to correct me on this one : ) Since my digestive tract was squeeky clean, the caffeine must have gone straight through the bowel walls and into my blood stream! I had the enema in the first place, because my doctor wanted to know if I had any mucous or infection in my digestive tract without doing a colonoscopy. It was not a nice experience- I wouldn't want them on a regular basis! Eating lots of fibre keeps me clear down there, should work for anyone, I think. Hope this helps make up your mind! |

years ago i used to get colonics. they would sometimes use coffee as an implant and it would stimulate release of gallstones and liver waste.
let me tell you that nothing makes you feel better than clearing out gall/liver toxins. whatever negative the coffee may possibly have is completely negated by the cleansing action.
there is a reason gerson used coffee enemas on all of his patients. whenever the word detoxification is used here i wonder if people are aware that the liver is always part of this equation.
if the diet can facilitate gall bladder/liver cleansing, all the better, but it never worked for me in that regard unfortunately.
as an aside, for most of my life i was unable to handle coffee or caffeine. after a lot of effort with gall bladder cleanses, modest amounts of coffee started to feel good for the first time in my life. |

I was just now reading that section of the book. Have you tried that cleanse, Lola? I'm intrigued, but I will have to get all the things together, and plan to sleep alone that night with my castor oil flannel and heating pad. If it works, though, it would be worth it. |
