I also wonder why my parents and aunt should avoid cucumber just because of their blood type, if they really feel good after eating that vegetable.
I am curious how they feel a day or two after they have eaten the cucumbers. |

this thred makes me sad. i grew up on fresh farm raised cucumbers, home raised cucumbers and oh yea thos home made kosher pickes with a bit of spice to them. (mouth watering, drool pooling) and sence i joined the diet i have not touchted one. not one. i didn't grow them this year ether. i miss my cucumbers. |

This is true. But I never really liked cucumbers, either, except in tzatziki sauce. But I think that's only because I LOVE gyro meat.  |
