Cheers; I was considering whether it would be worth buying one for work...

I am considering it for my self.. one can rent them .. I wonder how world wide they are available.. Possum-  What work do you do?? and would you get Supplements?? or look up supplements in food .. see my links.. interesting finds on computer.. one could do it with all sorts of minerals .. interesting..

INterestingly I just learned that GREEN tea seems high in Manganese..  I dont like green tea?? but now I will research it more.. DrD .. was he on to something???????

Actually thanks for the reminder about manganese - I was studying up on minerals last week at work (I work in a Health Food Shop) & came to the conclusion that I could benefit from some more manganese rich foods and/or supplements...

Whether you go for foods or supplements, I guess would come down to whether you could get the amounts you needed from foods...and whether there was any other issues going on as to being able to absorb enough...(like as in Ribbit's case)

YES Possum... my Ligaplex ll also has VIT B .. so you are right abut the absorbtion - tea situation.. why are people so willing to drink tea?? we could have a discussion on that alone.. maybe tea makes us feel better.. washing out bad stuff / adding good stuff...and water at the same time..  

imagin when 'they' know what all is in food .. big pharma here they come.............

DRD is light years ahead of the rest of the world.. he talked about it before DNA .. testing was completed..

gosh if  we listed all foods ingreedients in this way.. I might even get to like green tea..  

There are green teas & there are green teas...some taste better than others... Years ago my Mother In law accidentally made me green tea, instead of earl grey (which does not compare when you are expecting the latter ... I was very polite & drank it

that took courrage.. I don't like to drink either..

but I could buy tea powder and get the results maybe ?? I wonder can tea be hidden in broth..

I wonder what would be better for the body.. or the pocketbook..
