All,

A good friend of mine who is interested in learning more about the BTD has recently (last few years) begun to struggle with what she first termed as allergies, but soon admitted it was actually asthma induced by allergies.  I generally understand there are some protocols for allergies and for detoxing from various things.  I believe she is a type A, possibly non-secretor, but only a guess by observation and hearing her discuss her history some.  She's in her mid 40s and this only began three years ago.

What can she do to combat this or modulate her health to make herself less vulnerable and potentially scale back the effects.  I was inspired to hear Larry's story this weekend at the Nashville conference and thought there might be some wisdom to be shared about this which I could bring to her.

Is she willing to find out her blood type?  Let her start with the book Lola linked above and then if she wants to go further, then look to her secretor status next!

I recommend using some pangamic acid and staying away from dust and chlorinated pools.

Asthma attacks are more likely to occur in people with low vitamin D levels.

Remove wheat and dairy and drink lots of lemon water.  My asthma and "allergies" have disappeared.  When I'm not compliant I sneeze a lot.  If I am compliant I have no symptoms whatsoever.
