Wow, you're literally half the man you used to be.  I'm only 2/3rds the man I used to be.

Seriously. It's bizarre in a good way!  I saved a size 44 jeans I had. I could easily fit in them twice. Funny as heck. I had on a size 28 levis in TJ maxx the other day. they fit perfectly. Now I'm hunting small clothes like I used to big ones. Can't find 'em to fit me. Those 28's fit perfect. I'm finding levis tend to run smaller than other brands. But I don't like levis for some reason, so end up not getting them.

Seems like I've also reversed the aging process as well. My attitude towards the world has changed. I act like a teenager more than I do a 52 YO. I drive like one lately as well. Good thing my car is only a 138 HP, 4 cyl. I'd have lost my license by now.

After following more closely my SWAMI suggested portions on animal protein, as well as the recent increase in grain and starch vegetable intake, I am only 1lb shy of the "official definition" of normal weight. I am now 103 lbs, 6.5 lbs heavier than when I started this thread eight months ago! I think the "normal range" was probably defined during winter time, when people normally need to eat more   !

Ford Focus?

You can get in trouble in any car.  So be careful!!!!  Especially up here when it's slippery.

I'm the same way with clothes.  I have some 29's that are pretty much "big" on me.  But I like em big, so those fit good.  I used to get the Old Navy jeans, but at the size I'm at, I haven't found any that I'm really excited about.  Although I haven't really looked that hard.  I love cordouroy.

balletomane the weight increase gives me hope since I am presently 95/96 pounds and really need to gain 5 pounds.  Just started SWAMI and following the frequency guidelines.

Luana, yes, SWAMI really gives a very accurate guidance, and you have the choice to go above and below the portion recommendations according to your needs. I'm sure you'll be able to gain that 5 pounds by eating the right things and right amounts. Also, I find that exercising according to my type increases my muscle mass, which also may be a contributing factor in my weight gain. So don't forget the exercise guidelines for your type .
