New research on ABO, E-selectin and type 2 diabetes verifies a hypothesis which I predicted at IFHI 2003...

Yup..and I predicted this association as well:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20167578

which explains the relationship between blood type A, cardiovascular disease and endothelial dysfunction. Now, if they were more naturopathic, they'd have thrown two other factors into the mix: the higher rate of von Willebrand Factor (vWF) in type A folks, and their moderately higher level of cholesterol, both of which accelerate the actions of these upregulated adhesion factors.

So what is the best dietary factors to downregulate these artery lining cloggers?

Soy isoflavones

Best exercise?

Yoga and tai chi.

I was there and I was blown away by you're suppositions.. slide and stick..

MAYFLOWERS.. would not weight training 3- 10 pounds be the same.. as resistance training- more repetitions- low impact - rather then going for the 200 pounds??  Then I think the answer is YES.. according to my books.  .... or Tai Chi.. fighting against gravity and airless oponents??

When I see other peoples medicines schedule-I am happy to be here taking care of my health I only wish to drop weight more easily-life would be perfectionBeing 'here' creates understanding. BTD prevents damage from eating avoids. Thanks Dr D & your sups - all support and friendships
