What would I even do if I had a lot of TSH? I do have outside stress but I do what I can about that, always. I use to like to do some thinking but frankly it is old and horrible these days. All I want is to dance creatively (haha not possible right now) and have fun with friends and the opposite sex  . |

Depending on how high it was you would have to start thyroid med. If not too high diet and lifestyle may make a difference along with supps. A real doc/ND would have to figure that out. Well, make sure you do creative things, as an A it is a must. Dance or create your own routines for later if you start with auditions and such. I painted for a long time for myself before anyone bought anything. My regular job used to be in design but it wasn't creative in a way I enjoyed and it was killing me. I drew and did commissions on the side often for little or no money just to do something that "The Man" didn't control. Eventually it took off and here I am living as an artist. I have yet begun to see what i can do. Just starting to get a groove and yet I'm making good money. Being involved in something outside of yourself does amazing things for yourself and keeps the world needing you. Speaking of that back to the art. |

One thing nice about both being As is that it is so much cheaper!! AB is also cheap, too. I bet we spend a few times more on my food than Mr T's! At least, he doesn't seem to mind!
