Hi!  In  live right, pg. 136 it says--(Supplement) with turmeric root.    Now is that turmeric a supplement or is that a spice?    Also, in the Encylopedia the turmeric that is on pg. 578 is for B's and AB's.  Turmeric is beneficial for O's as a spice in the live right and encylopedia.

I have been using the turmeric root spice for many years.  Should I be taking the turmeric supplement also??

                                                            thanks

The fresh root is just fine. Enjoy!

Turmeric is turmeric...  The only benefit (I can think of) of taking it in supplement form is that a company has standardized the amount per tablet or capsule so you know how much you are taking...
