Hi EveryOne,  

I have an appt to see Dr D with my hubbs next fri.  We don't have any recent bloodwork - i called and left a message with Barbara - the clinic called me back and basically there's some mis comm b/c i can't get specific info..

We are in our early 30's no Dx of diseases, we are trying to conceive....i was thinking (am an RN) SMA 20, Lipid panel, Thyroid, CBCD, UA...

anything else?   testosterone?  FSH? ???

ask the clinic if they could email you a questionnaire to fill out......
see what they tell you....
certain blood test results are mentioned there, to fill out and might give you an approximate idea of what tests you might need.

I haven't had it in about..17 years so I understand.
Dr. D's office will not help you with stuff for UB.

Just come as you are to the meeting, don't expect everything to be answered pick out the few things that are really pressing for you.
  Sounds like you mostly want to get pregnant so i would focus on that. Ask him if he thinks any blood work would be important for you to complete before your next meeting in 3 months. Ask him to recommend a good gyn/ob for you in NY. You don't have to go to the person but having a name just in case would be good.
He will be fast and probably will leave the door open while you meet.
