Hi there Sorry for my poor english but I bought your french version and started the recommanded diet for Blood type O particularly aiming at trying to cure my psoriasis...Is there other specific things I can do in my diet to improve my condition ( I had psorisasis for other 15 years and last tried methotraxate but found it really hard on the body so I stopped)...thanks for all the great information you provide and I already know some people in my entourage are seeing great benefit. sincerely yours archi |

To stop my psoriasis, I did the following:
Stop all grains Stop all dairy Stop all sugar Take fish oils Take zinc Take Vitamin A
This started working almost immediately for me. By 3 weeks by skin was totally clear.

jeanb: Thanks for the tips....Do you mean all grains??!! Even compliant ones? I work with someone who has bad psoriasis & is also gluten intolerant...but she does eat some sugar, drinks several cappacinos a day & absolutely no water for the 6-7 hrs at work & "manages" the psoriasis with pawpaw ointment but it doesn't go away... However she lives for her coffee & seems to think she knows everything... so not sure she would welcome this info... |

Hi Possum:
I am totally grain free, can't digest them, they give me bad skin. I have come to realize you can try to educate someone, but until they hit a major crisis of some sort many will not change because they don't know what it feels like to be healthy. |

Cheers jeanb.. I seem not to be able to digest grains either (except millet, which seems to suit my system & helps w inflammation) Yeah, you are absolutely right Hard to believe that although this person works with me in a HFS & knows about BTD, she does not embrace it , yet often complains about being tired, although she's way more fit than I am (& at her ideal weight)... |
