well Isa you could be some kind of special explorer or nomad -both gets meat.
On my swami I have 3 serving red meat and 4 poultry
as well as 5 fish ( well I dont think Ill go there

Yesterday I went to a very nice ladies lunch
most of the food was high grain based- with very little fat and protein.
My protein soruces were
1 prawn
2 slices proscuitti ham
2 tiny balls of mozzarella - rest of it was lettuce, rice, ricepaper, some veggies (etc= cake with raspberry  )
and I WAS starving when I came home
I need soem kind f good protein at least 3 times a day

maybe if you were swamied with the GTD you would get a nice ISAdiet
- just like I got a Henriettediet

Isa,

I can go from feeling very tired or drawn to very peppy by eating or drinking one thing that I needed at that moment...  Sometimes I can walk into the kitchen and be pulled right to what I need to make me feel better.

As a Warrior, I usually don't need much meat - only about 1 serving per week...
The only abnormality to the diet I have noticed is that I sometimes need some liver.  Since I can only get beef or chicken liver, I usually choose chicken liver due to the grower promise that there are no hormones, etc., used in the growing...  I don't know how or where the beef was grown.

My normal protein sources are fish, eggs, cottage cheese, walnuts, beans and peanuts/peanut butter...

AB Joe, thank you for your nice explanation. Fish doest' do the same effect on me than lamb does....I feel extremely well after havin eaten it; energized and yep liver is similar...especially calf liver.... .....

I think it's all about bloodsugar... I guess another attack of low bloodsugar and protein has a complete other issue on my system than carbs

My little AB thinks the same thing about lamb, Isa.  She craves it.  She gets so excited when I make lamb (especially a leg).  She asks to gnaw on the bone.  She likes the marrow.  She really likes the fat too.  I'm kind of   about fat (although I like gravy), but she LOVES the fat.  I'll let her eat a little if I know it's hormone-free.  She's so skinny...maybe she needs more carbs!  She eats a lot of rice and a lot of spelt and oats, but she's still very skinny.

Wow, there are so many things I'd like to say to this thread.  Henriette, that's weird because my swami has me eating 4 helpings of red meat.  Interesting.

Ribbit, I have tried to eat GOBS of good grains to help put on weight, and it has done zilcho.  I swear some nights I will eat two huge bowls of rice, oats or quinoa with nuts and such.  I mean heavy bowls.  And I had been doing this for months now.  And still, no weight gain.  I have no clue what will do it for me.  I feel like my guts keep getting better and better, and maybe that will keep some weight on me.  I don't know.  But I stay at 128 so consistently, it's almost weird.  I'll be like 126 or so in the morning, go to bed I'm around 129 and that's that. I might hit 130 if I really tied on the grain that night.  But I end up being what I always am.  Maybe I'm not meant to be heavier.  I'm going to see if eating some Lamb helps.  Because it's now a swami superfood.  I might have to give it a little help with some HCL or digest gold before hand, but I've had litle bits here and there lately.  I love the fat too.  On turkey I CRAVE the dark meat and the fat.  I always worry because my cholesterol is high, but I don't eat a whole lot of meat, so when I eat it, I like to eat the greasy stuff.  I'm not sure if that's good or bad, but I marked the "elevated cholesterol" part on my swami and it wants me to eat 4 helpings of red meat a week, including beef or calf liver.

Isa, my Mom says Lamb is like heaven to her too.  She's a B.  She says she can tell it's like medicine to her.

I don't know how anyone gets away with not eating protein at every meal.  You Warriors are like WOW!  I get the shakes if  I don't have protein at each meal.  My Doctor says protein protects you if you have metal toxicity too.

Anyways.  Sorry to bend all of your ears but I found it interesting.

Well, the weird thing is I think the teacher diet actually helped me.  Because I definitely have teacher guts.  And like ribbit says, I definitely have a teacher jaw.

But yeah, hopefully the lamb will sit well with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I'd love to try some goat too.

Isa  If I dont eat meat , beneficial meat like turkey or lamb, I notice that I feel less energy.... Years agooo, when i was 20 I ate red meat and my digestion was so bad...When I started to eat like Live Right I was amazing about that I could eat lamb and my digestion was very good...
Now I usually eat lamb once a week , andd turkey or fish or eggs every day, lots of aminoacids justamente good for us noni...

The BTD and GTD have done so much for me, but one very important thing it has done is teach me about turkey and lamb for AB's.  When I read in LRFYT that lamb and turkey were beneficial, I started to eat it more regularly.  Dark meat turkey and lamb have been the two most important foods to keep my mind and body happy! The other proteins that have helped me are eggs, sardines, and salmon.  Nothing compares to lamb and turkey at least three times/week for me! I wonder why lamb as a red meat is easier to digest for A's and AB's?  Could it be the feed for sheep is different than cows or maybe the physical structure of a lamb?

dito lamb but here merely the CLA might be da culprit...factor ..trigger
but here meant in a super bene way .... perhaps a nomad(e) issue....
I feel and think that I am a nomad(e)=feminin...but with huge traces of an explorer... due to my toughy problems with chemical bombes....+ - ....here no tolerance for me...or getting justamente the complete oposit results than wished or prevued... ...
