I'd suggest walking around the store and see what they have in stock, and take careful note of the prices. Chances are that they'll have great prices on some items (such as their brands of stuff) while other items may be cheaper in a local grocery store. And read ingredients carefully- even organic foods can contain "avoids".
I'm completely unfamiliar with what a Nomad should be eating, although I am familiar with the B foods. Nor do I really know what WF sells- the last time I checked out a WF store, I noticed that most of their brand merchandise wasn't certified kosher, and the name brands of items that WERE kosher, I could get cheaper elsewhere. But I assume that WF is like Trader Joe's in that, while the stores in general carry certain merchandise, each individual store may not carry everything. Fresh produce will vary WIDELY by region. You really need to check out the store near you and see what they have.
