Do we know that Mom's genotype is: Ao  ?
Some people with a blood type of A have a genotype  of AA.

If one parent is AA and the other is oo,
all children will be blood type A   (With a genotype of Ao)
   o   o
A  Ao  Ao
A  Ao  Ao
