I have been doing this wonderful Kundalini Yoga to detox and destress by Maya Fiennes for the last 2 weeks and have had wonderful results. I have done the dvd a total of 7 times only. I still had some rosecea on my face and a little of the buffalo hump left and this has totally removed rosecea and almost all of the hump. The results are great. I still had to get up in the night and pee; from kidney damage in child birth, pre-diabetes and cushing dx, but this has now stopped and I sleep all 8 hours without having to get up. I am sleeping much better also. I bought this dvd at Acacia.com. Might get at Amazon too but didn't try there. Highly recommend for anyone with burnt out adreanals and kidney problems or to prevent.

I started this guided meditation about 2 weeks before the yoga, and do this the days I do not do the yoga. My mind is clearer and great things are happening besides better health. Have had money opportunities come my way and more synchronisities. I do this before bed, when the house is quiet and it helps shut down my whirling brain making it easiet to sleep.
