I used to post years ago on the old board. I've been a bTDer since 2000 and I've been happy with my moods ever since. The last two days I indulged in sunflower seeds quite a bit while working.   I ate them without bothering  to look them up because I knew pumpkin seeds were good for me so I figured sunflower seeds were a close cousin... Boy was I wrong. I verbally  snapped a two older couples today  in 2 different settings. I'm self employed and didn't work today  because I was experiencing hives and I should have known something was up.

Today was the old me. The pre BTD me. The me that scares even me. Had some bene's the rest of today after I realized my mistake and am starting to feel better. But it was definitly a wake up call... I've played with avoids here and there over the last several years, but never had real bad reactions. Today was different..

Today showed me what my life would have still been like if I hadn't found BTDieting.  

Interesting...  Any idea what your genotype might be? I am trying sunflower seeds again, after not eating them for some months...but so far no probs

Thanks for pointing that out.  Just briefly scanning those ( I didn't even know Dr. D went to another level) I'd say Nomad.  My lower leg is abou the same length and the upper, I'm big boned and my mother was red haired and green eyed. But I'm an O. I guess I've got to read more to narrow it down. Can Nomads be O's. I'm very sensitive to my environment and chemicals etc. I do have a sensitive liver.  I change geographic regions (split) half of the year between the mountains  of the northeast and Florida,  southeast (near the ocean). Maybe I'm a real modern day nomad. I notice my mood changes when I'm in each place too...Also When I'm inthe northeast foods  don't affect me as much.

My ring finers are both longer than index. Does this narrow it down..?

it does some.....now you need to measure your torso versus leg ratio.....
