I've been eating pretty well lately, and imbibing some green and herbal teas regularly.  I thought my oxystress test would improve, but it hasn't.

The info in the test says to add polyvite (does exakta work too?), and rose hip and ginger tea.  I've been having ginger tea, but don't like rose hip.  I'll have to work on combinations for that to make it taste better.  

Much of what I eat is fruit and vegetables, so I'm a bit surprised at this, although, I still probably don't eat enough of them.  Time to start checking off a chart each day...


Type O+ blogger, secretor afterall. Gluten intolerant. With two gluten intolerant sons:  A+ Secretor 10 yo (also fructose intolerant and slightly egg allergic), and  O- 7yo.

Melissa, could you do the rose hips in a vitamin C supplement instead of a tea?

It's tough to get in as many veggies and fruits as you really need in a day. I'm not complaining because it's so nice to eat fresh live foods, but at times it's sort of like you're on the gorilla diet--11 pounds of roughage daily

Thanks Mike, and everybody, for your input-  I have some quercetin capsules which I'll make sure to include with my routine.  

I'm so glad explorers get apples, a good source of quercetin.  I eat about one a day.  I buy organic apples and whenever I peel one for somebody (nobody else in my house likes the peels) I eat the peels.  I had all the peels I could eat when I prepared an apple pie filling yesterday.
