In my small town they recently opened a new library just two doors down from my home - I've been using it much more now that it's so close. I've been renting and listening to audiobooks for my 35 minute each way commute and rented LRFYT last week.
I've read it, but by listening I got some reinforcement of things I already knew and learned some new things I didn't get by reading to try for my type. It's an abridged set of tapes but still was quite informative and full of good info.
One is that the scent of lemons is calming for type A. I stopped at the local healthfood store last night and picked up a bottle of lemon essential oil and am already loving it as it's warming up to be another stressful day on the job.
I recommend giving the audiobook a listen - I see the GTD is available in an unabridged format too and will have to check and see about the ERFYT.
