Hi Shelley, As works better as metabolic rate and muscles activity with alkaline nutrition and biochemistry from LR4YT or ER4YT. The A diet is less proteic and sees often beans and soy in this goal I guess (together with plenty of fruit and veggies. I love too your Hafiz signature ! |

Heres a great read too: http://www.amazon.com/dp/09619.....f=pd_sl_40p8o2akk6_bSurprisingly diet takes a back seat to emotional wellness when it comes to acid/alkaline balance. The death and loss of a loved one can throw your body into a severe acid state. Even the loss of a job. I tend to believe the emotional views in this book than the diet ones. Just like mikeo says. Follow the BTD and the balance should fall in place. I'd like to add to that by saying learn to love and laugh a lot as this will help the balance too. |

oh boy isn't this the truth. I've experienced this first hand as we all probably have. Thanks for the reminder of the havoc emotions can play. Also Mikeo... I never saw your signature before! Fantastic! |

I am conficent that Os can tolerate more acid(meat-cooked food) & As need more alkali. BTW, Keith, can you share where you live? Geography adds so much to the person's persona. If you don't want to, I respect your privacy, but it often helps to know(general area is OK, like SW USA, which I'm guesssing). BTW, I prefer a warmer climate from where I live, so this isn't my perfect identity. |

Wow an O type liking warm weather. Meat spoils in warm weather . I love the cold. The colder the better and I love to be in the woods when its cold. Is that a hunter trait? No, I don't mind telling my location. I'm 80 miles south of the "Gateway to the west" St.Louis, Mo. Town called Perryville. Cold winters but warm sticky summers...hate it. The sticky summers that is. You? Thanks for the interest! -keith |

Absolutely! Hunters, and Boy Scouts too, but you look a little past Boy Scout age. |
