I see this is an old thread, but I'll comment to Deblynn that dairy caused constipation with me and if I had yogurt, even in small amounts, I would suffer. That's what kept me off diary for years (or having small amounts).
At the time this thread started, I didn't take probiotics regularly as they are expensive. When I tried them, there wasn't much difference. But i think the reason is that I ate, and still eat, lots of fruits and veggies.
Maybe I already shared this as I haven't retread the thread.
