In LR4YT, pg. 311, "Artichoke is quite beneficial to the liver and gall bladder, weak spots for Type ABs." On the next page, Artichokes, All are shown as Tier 1 Avoid. In the Typebase, they are also shown as avoid. Can anyone explain how artichokes can be avoid and be beneficial for the liver and gall bladder? Am I missing something in the text? Thanks in advance... |

Thanks, Lola... I looked on the errata, but didn't see it... Guess I was too tired last night. |

when we buy copies of LRFYT to give to friends it would be a kindness to do the errata adjustments before handing the book over to save confusion and irritation.
that s a very thoughtful gesture on your part! I prefer leaving the book just the way it is.... those who get back to me and ask make me very happy, cause I know they really have taken an interest in BTD! |

I feel bad that they are avoids for my husband. The good thing is that they are expensive, lots of work to clean, & have a short season. If he asks for artichokes, I guess once or twice a year is OK. The good thing is that this O gourmand can eat more of them!! Sea Salt & Light, Mrs "T" O+ |
