We are almost identical...I've just got a few more pounds than he has.  He's probably about 5'11" and 168lbs.  He needs about 5 more pounds of muscle to compete against top-ten players, especially Nadal, who has the most extreme arm muscles of any pro tennis player.  It's unreal that he can keep that much muscle in a sport as catabolic as tennis. Ciao!

Maybe a few less after my colonoscopy prep.  I did some bench presses last night...could not believe the loss in strength from 3 days ago.  My best playing weight is about 175 lbs...anymore and the court pounding takes a toll on endurance...less than 170 and my power goes down.  Increased weight does not affect my speed that much.
