I received the following error everytime I tried to use SWAMI. I have my six digit code and I use the conference name as customer number and the appropriate password based on the SWAMI user manual for a conference attendee. I've tried everything and repeated it in new windows and still get the code below when I click the Activate SWAMI button. Any help? ....Tom

HI Tom,
Everything seems fine. Perhaps there was one or two characters mistyped in the password or user name field. Did you get it to work? Your record is in there. If not PM me. |

I do have a results question at the end of this reply, but yes, sorry I hadn't replied. The only thing I remember making a difference the time I tried that it worked was I changed the capitalization of the institute from:
IfHI2007
to
IFHI2007
I always remember the lower case f because I think of it as a little brand insignia.
My results question centers around my genotype per the new book categories. I thought SWAMI might have those built in. Anything I can do to determine which I am? In looking at the types I was thinking I'm either hunter (though an overweright one), Gatherer or Nomad. Or did I miss that somewhere in the wonderful 40 pages of detail?
Also it didn't seem to emphasize anything about fats or cholesterol which I thought would be more integrated as an NN. As I've researched NN, that factor gets more play in a search of your site than other NN factors.
I have already begun eating some new beneficials and capitalizaed Beneficials (for my symmetry expression I think) of Tahini, White Beans, Rice Bran, etc.) I had a perfect beneficial day yesterday with ver lean free-range beef (longhorn), lots of greens and those new-to-me beneficials.
Feel free to answer me here or in PM. I jsutwanted everyone to know how pleased I was to get such an individualized reading which is the most individualized list I've had yet to assist me with the positive opportunity of epigenetics!
Thanks for your work!
Tom

Yes I had a question for you Lola. Your blogger profile shows you as an O-Secretor, but your Forums profile shows you as an O-Non-Secretor. Which are you? Let me quote the section which now makes these beneficials: It could be this note for the white beans: "SPECIAL ASYMMETRY NOTE FOR THOMAS WILSON: Biometric measurements seem to indicate that you possess certain asymmetries between left to right parts of your body. These asymmetries can impair the proper left-right side integration of the brain. We have reevaluated certain foods to help maximize left-right brain symmetry and improve brain fucntion." or this one for the Tahini, Green Snap String Bean ( a new super beneficial) and Rice Bran: "SPECIAL NEED FOR LIGNANS:Some of your body measurements (waist to hip ratio, body asymmetries) show a need to balance out certain hormones (androgens and estrogens) to accomplish this, SWAMI has CAPITALIZED certain foods which are high in these important plant antioxidants." |

I entered IFHI2007 for the NAP cust num then the number given at the conference measurements, perhaps that one is the one not right, cause on the right hand corner of my fingerprint testing it is written 'needs code' and it took Javier a day or so to find my tests.......maybe there s a mistake then my last name PLIEGO and I got an error message I tried Hirsch as well but that didn t work either..... hope I can run my swami test, what could be wrong?

Did you enter a 6 digit number in the SWAMI User Name field?
Mine had 4 leading zeros. |

Lola, didn't you have a feeling you were a non-secretor. It all made sense to me after I received my results and changed to NS diet.
Also, remember at the conference, Doc said that NS may have more in common than Blood types do? Can't wait to find out more.
And how about you MODon, when you found out you were NS? Take care. CB |

I'm not a NS/nonnie. I'm a secretor and have known that for 5 years. I did the test a couple of months after I started the BTD.
P.S. Lola is LDN and doesn't actually know her secretor status, but changed her avatar to a Non-secretor, since that is the diet she should follow until she finds out if she is a secretor or non-secretor. |

yes CB, am very happy to have added avocados to my diet! I was eating as a nonnie for a long time, and felt happy that way, now I know why! it is a good feeling, plus the addition of avocados which I lacked, not being sure of my status. |
