Hello all!
I can't help but wonder what about essential oils & topicals? Do these have a great impact on the blood types? For example, if Aloe is an avoid for me, can I still use it for sunburn? It works great! I'm wondering if this is true for the essential oils also?
Do topical applications, or inhalation make a difference?
Shane

if you are blood type A should you avoid Aloe? Although the lectin was type A specific, it only agglutinated type A red blood cells at fairly high doses. Thus, I'd recommend type A's keep their use of aloe products to topicals and pass on the internal forms.

If Aloe is a total avoid, including preparations, why would it work so well? Wouldn't I have a reaction to it? |

Lola, What do you think about Safflower oils in massage oils, and skin fragrances? Basically what I'm asking is, do these avoids have detrimental effects if used on the skin? If so, I should avoid using them. This BTD is basically related to the way the GI system absorbs nutrients, not so much the topical or inhalation routes. Any ideas? Thanks! Shane |

I must be going a little overboard. I tend to worry too much. Capricorn. |
