I used the SWAMI program today. I just wanted to start this thread to share thoughts on this. Chicken is a super benny for me right now. Also, at a glance, it seems that fewer foods are avoids than compared to LR4YT. Ah, it's late now and I haven't given it a thorough looking over, but I've been pretty eager to try this out and I finally did tonight. Anyway, I'll post more after I read through it better. |

Yeah, I got it from the conference. But yeah, if I hadn't I'd look into buying it. I'm not sure how much it costs. I'd call NAP.

Well, I'm still up, but it's a forty page printout that I have next to me and I mostly looked at the food values so far. What also sticks out is that in parenthesis next to a lot of the foods are explanations as to why the foods are super beneficial or whatever their rating is.
But to answer your question. SWAMI is a more individualized version of LR4YT. It not only takes into account blood type and secretor status, but also: the length and width of your head, measurements of your fingers, taster status (determine whether you are a super taster, taster or non-taster), fingerprint types, waist-hip ratio, the angle of your jaw (gonial angle) and quite a bit more. So you take all these measurements and register them in the proper fields and violla! You get this printout that's specific to you. |

I'm going back to Phoenix in two weeks to get my Lewis and MN tests done as well as meet with Dr. Mitteman. I think then I'll have as many inputs as possible for my SWAMI session. |

I did mine and played around with the 'therapeutic bias' and if I picked 'detoxification' it really limits the amount of grains..considering I'm an O, I can see why...it also made butter, goat cheese and Ghee Beneficials and it took many neutral beans and made them avoids. It also took Sunflower oil and sesame see/butter/oil and made it a super beneficial

the detox bias is geared for metabolic improvement which I have no problem with...otherwise there were some surprises like cucumbers, Greek olives and cabbage(love cabbage rolls) becoming super beneficial for me...I have way more beneficial to choose from with my Swami results then I did before on the Live right Diet...If ever I want to do a gentle detox I will nix the grains for a few weeks |

Have you ever seen a DVD of Uta Hagen teaching her master class, right before she died? She was brilliant. |

Sorry to put a damper on Mike's new friendship with kiwis, but there was a tiny bug (one line of code in over 9,000) in the SWAMI program that gave certain people with particular waist hip ratios high-lignan foods regardless of their blood type. It has been fixed.

I don't get it, what is this about Mike's new friendship with Kiwis? I am a Kiwi, what has that got to do with SWAMI? Can't find any reference in any of the above! Confused, John. |

Mike was mentioning to us, how certain food values changed according to his swami results....he will have to re run it, to be on the safe side, that is all. |

swami was designed by Dr D to give practitioners a chance to print out, detailed and personalized diets tailored to their patients needs.
for those assisting the conference, we got a free one time go at the swami program, entering all of our data, and a personalized code number, given to those who purchased the measurement and fingerprint pack available to us there.
access to swami has a monthly fee of 250 us, or a single use 10 pack of 199.50....... |
