There are a few differences mentioned in Live Right.  Your portions per week may change, so read the descriptions for each food group for your type.  I do know that for Type O's, Rh negatives get 2 more protein servings per week, and one less grain.

I wonder if being a positive is connected to being a "Secretor"

and

a negative to being a "Non Secretor" ... just a thought ...

As far as I know, the +/- has no bearing on Secretor status...  By looking at signatures, etc.  I've seen both Positive and Negative Secretors and Positive and Negative Non-Secretors...
