btw...I am just reading the book about immunology (newest from the teutonic orthomoleculars) and I must say, our doc is right with all his teachings wow...great just great.....they are explaining it a bit different, so I wrote a mail that they should add the wiki of the BTD to get better results   and of course much quicker results .D ......so nobody can say that his teachings aren't scientifique
in contrary, but the normal whitecoated, called MD's doesn't want to agree with this...so here lays the key.....as usual, what didn't came out of their feathers, won't be accepted... that means that they have to acknowledge that a simple changement of nutrition is much better and easier and less expensive than their chemical bombes and treatments without any results!!!

yeeeeehhhhaaaaaa guys and gals......that's it......!!!! BTW they explained also about the histaminintolerances and its interacting with tryptophan and other stuffs... ..yessssss thats'why I am that angry and getting even moooorrre angry about psychatrists who tryd to make us believe, especially, US....the royals, that we might be ga-ga....but instead of being ga-ga...this was or is still an intolerance of what so ever related with a higher putrecine or indole reaction
Jeminei...what a f...off science...huh ....a m a z i n g !!!  And this system is protegé by mostly all
governments of the word ...omG....it is even worse that I thought.......now I do understand much better why WE, the all kinds of natural healers have to be banned...it is about getting mighty and wealthy from those who want to ride the world

I so agree...it is so scary and it will only get worse over time.  It is such a shame that money drives people so much

Good on you for writing in .. I hope they can add to the Wiki

I do enjoy my drink of dandelion root tea it is a little like coffee in taste but I do wonder if one can overdo it?     Would my body let me know  that I was having too much or is too much dangerous...lets say 2 cups a day each day?

shells ...isn't it a fine cause to fight for a good reason called BTD

you see, my dearle, ignorance is a part of stupidity.....but arrogance might lead masses
to death !!!  and here also those whitecoated were leaded into the wrong direction, normal if you get all that money into your ahem...from studying until  to their clinics, allmost all is payed by pharmafirms

there's a proverbe here:

*the manufactors' bread I eat, his song I'll sing *    (provider's)

p.s.

it's so easy to make people *believe or unsure* it only depends how hard you are going for the get the ok from the other part ....this is our *birthright* to be that sensitive, no-one of us should feel ashamed nor anything about *our being that sensitive or fragile*!!!  WE are ok in our being.......

I did read a book from a psychotherapist: how to get to know, especially in bigger healthcenters, who is the one who makes running the others......
this is also called group-dynamics .......
the system in the system fights against itself and injures outstanding others

U can drink up to 3 cups per day for up to two weeks; afterwards though, u do need to take a break from it
Cheers

Shells,
I know when I need a break because I will begin to have a bit too much stomach acid.  This takes a few weeks of daily use though.

Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure you are.
Let me not pass you by in quest
of some rare and perfect tomorrow.

btw...must tell you somethin ...he-he-heeee....in the above mentioned book, those clever guys are mentioning, that it seems to be obvious, that glucosamine sulphat and also chondroitin sulphat
show up to be a virtuous immunsystem balancer...means that both are higly beneficials in case of
allergies, food intolerances and of course against inflammation.....so I thought...hmmm....fine that
Deflect is existing since a longer time

Day after day of deep, long, satisfyingly restful sleeps are the best anti inflammatories for me, if nothing else is working. Playing in the sun all day with lots of laughter and raucous behaviour amongst friends and family, eg a hilarious game of chaotic soccer with lots of rule-breaking on an all day picnic works for me too.
