bonjour all hmmm... how to begin .... I just asked myselve about this: could it be....as being an A2B, even a nonie ... ... that as Peter wrote once, that we are merely prone to be similar like the A's and their behaviour, that eating too much of animal protein (mostly meat) will be transformed into fatcells and up onto the hips and belly hey, hey, hey just a thought but worthy to think about; when A's should eat like vegetarians ........so....what.... I am still here for your replies |

As far as I know: - A2's can have one more protein dish a week compared to A1's.. - A-nonnies can have more animal protein, including lamb and goat.. But A2B-nonnies? A mystery to me |

I would consider individualist and try A2 way of eating on those items along with your AB way of eating and see what happens. Maybe it will be fine for YOU and maybe you will have to go back to what you was doing. Worth a try! |

I do well to have quite a bit of animal protein. Sugars make me gain. |

I recently read that apples are fairly high in sugar content; higher than blueberries - berries in general, which surprised me. |

Drea, I've been vega-ed as well, It is an amazing insturment if the right person is using it, but the machine is only as powerful as the practicioner using it
Isa, I also do quite well with quite a bit of animal protien, but remember everybodies bodies go through phases, it could just be that at the moment yours is going through a phase that it wants/needs less protien. Just be careful to not replace that protien for starch and sugars |
