What is a good substitute or supplement for the servings of fish I should be eating? I eat tuna about every other week sometimes once a week. it is when I crave it only otherwise you can't get me to eat those creatures. I'd like to find something to substitute for the fish?

Well, sardines are so excellent for us O's especially O nonnies.  I eat them almost daily and they are low to non existent for mercury problems.  Taking fish oil is good.  I always take it with food though, or it makes me have heart burn.  I find Jarrow to be the best brand I have had.  Seacure by Proper Nutrition is another pre-digested fish protein supplement that I take that is really good I think, especially it helps to heal the intestinal tract.  It is considered a whole food supplement.

I eat tuna about 2-3 times weekly and sardines just about daily.  I eat salmon out of the can as well, with the bones for good calcium.  I read that sardines have the best form of calcium in them for your body.

I should have clarified is that fish and I do NOT mix. I look at fish and I get sick.  I try to eat it and want o throw up. I am looking to shore my food consumption, but make sure I am getting what I need that is a close replacement.

You might also make sure that you are including some seaweed into your weekly diet. I like to snack on kelp.
