I appreciate your response Lola, thank you! It makes sense, because my entire body feels awful. I ordered a SOY latte, but received a regular MILK latte. After drinking the milk and I swore I was about to die. -Hard to relate to the fact that I used to feel like this ALL THE TIME!
Do you (or anyone) know if anything can be done to promote a speedy recovery? Obviously, I'm not going to be eating ANY avoids on purpose.....but do you have any other suggestions? THANKS!!!

just have to go to the bathroom..immmediately....but not with café, until now...seems that my intestines don't want to recognize that thingy as a no-no
yesterday after a long evening with traductions from English into German,I took a wheat snack because nothing else where to be seen other after an hour my stomachcramps begun and I was sick the whole night long and this day too

I find that this new way of eating is pretty tough, because most vegetarian meals have many other Type A avoids, like tomato sauce or potatoes. After my milk episode, I'm reluctant to eat at all! I'm feeling quite a bit better today, but am very sore and weak. It's amazing, I feel like I'm overcoming some terrible illness and all I did was drink milk. I used to drink it by the carton! My body must have been so saturated that I didn't notice the additional poison.
I wanted to ask Debra +: Do you only eat beneficials when you feel like you need medicine? I eat beneficials as much as I can. I don't feel like I overdo it at all though, because I still eat plenty of neutral foods.

It depends on the avoid... Wheat / Beef combination slows down the digestion and elimination so I may miss a B.M. Usually need two or three days return to "normal". Corn products give me a major headache for anywhere from 4 hours for a tiny bit to three days or more for a large "serving". Usually I can tell there is corn syrup in something after one bite, so limit the quantity this way. Avocado stung my throat for about three hours last time I was surprised with it. Generally, avoids make me have more pain, sluggishness, irritibility, mood swings, etc.
I still have quite a bit of pain from detoxing all my pre-BTD diet residue, so when I eat properly, I have healing hurts, but the digestion/elimination flow pretty well. Occasionally, the detox load will get heavy enough that I have similar problems to actually eating avoids.
Generally, avoids make me have more pain, sluggishness, irritibility, mood swings, etc.
avoids can also cause depression in some. once I took another non-BTD'er type O's suggestion of having a Chevis scotch. Seems everything else bothered me, even red wine. Ohhhhhhhhh, let's just say, never, ever, will I touch that stuff again. I had a migraine the next morning and it felt like every bone, muscle and joint in my body was in pain. For at least 4 days after, my left wrist felt like it was sprained. When Dr. says treat avoids like poison, he means it.
