When I sent my secretor test to the lab I was hoping to be a secretor since I love melons and popcorn as well as some wheat grains. (I've never had lamb so that didn't tempt me much)
I came back a secretor and was looking through the list. I would much rather be a non. They get to drink beer!! and eat tomatoes!! Why didn't anyone tell me? I would have been wishing to be a nonnie.

Yep, being a nonnie is good!!   Sorry, but you'll learn to live with it.  

Yep Page...that's  how it took me too. Don't worry it kind of (has to!) grows on you. Best advice is - don't look at their lists!!!

Hi everyone, I have been very sick with pneumonia,also they found a something on my right lung so more test, I also found out that i have allergies to everything / milk(cow)wheat,corn,peanut(nut trees) soybean, pork,beef,fish(shell)egg Whole, so so sad Chocolate, now i have to see a registered dietitian, would this mean IM a nonnie? I'm so sorry you have been sick.  When the lungs are affected, it seems to just hit the hardest.  I've never had pneumonia, but pre-blood type diet, I probably had chronic bronchitis 1/2 the time.

Try to not overwhelm yourself any more than is necessary.  I have a feeling that a lot of your allergy list is already on your avoid list.  Why don't you make a list of blood type compliant foods and just draw a line (for now) in pencil, through all the foods that you tested positive for.  That way you will be able to concentrate on foods that are only on your BTD acceptable list, and eat nothing that you are allergic to at the same time.

People frequently share that foods they used to be allergic to gradually stop bothering them after they have stabilized their health through following their beneficials and frequent neutrals very consistently.  

I also recommend that you use Dr. D's protocols for Allergy control and also the Pulmonary Support for your blood type.

You may well be a nonnie.  It's especially helpful with chronic illness to get tested and fine tune your diet for the sake of getting well.

Who knows how it might affect your allergies - but for lung problems try African Sea Coconut Cough Mixture from your local asian market. I've met several people over the years whom swear by this - one with real serious lung issues.

Well...You can still eat the classic chicken, rice, veg,  of the A diet...(soup, soup, ahhh) and to eat bread and popcorn...? would I trade? hmmmmm, tempting, but I would still hold out for a trade with B, (for the cheeeese, grommet!)

My nutritional practioner recommended Standard Process Pneumotrophin and large doses of  Vitamin E when I had pneumonia.  Of course that was pre-BTD, but the phlem really got chased out of the lungs when I took the Pneumotrophin...

What is Pneumotrophin?

Here are the ingredients: Proprietary Blend: 182 MG Bovine lung PMG™ extract and magnesium citrate. Other Ingredients: Calcium lactate, cellulose, and calcium stearate.

Thanks Don.  I had a friend who took their PMG formula for Spleen when he had a ruptured spleen.  It can be an effective treatment.

I am using a wide variety of their products as prescribed by my doctor.

would this still be adviseable to use for BTs other than A nonnie?  would the fact that it's a great 'supp/med' for lung issues outweigh the avoid status?  

Here is a site that lists the ingredients for African Sea-Coconut Cough Syrup. I am not sure anything in it is definitely an avoid. However, there are several items that I never seen any BTD info about.
