Hi Victoria, Do you know of a brand. Save us some 'Google' time. I tried going the egg yolk route but it is V-E-R-Y expensive compared w/Soy extracted lecithin. Still can't make sense of why some things extracted from AVOIDS are 'blessed' and others are 'condemned.' (rhetorical ruminations) |

You're entirely welcome! I put 1 tbsp. of lecithin granules, 1 tbsp. of oat bran, 1 tbsp. of psyllium, 1 tbsp. of flax oil and 1 tbsp. of Carlson's cod liver oil in pineapple juice every morning. That'll get your engine going. |

Sorry I missed this question somehow. You have NOW as one source, and here's another one: http://www.healthforce.comNon-GMO Lecithin Powder. I like this one because the lecithin is in a powder form instead of granules. It blends up very nicely. |

I don´t know if it is because I am a secretor - but I just can´t handle any soy - not even as lecithin. It is so expensive to buy the egg version - so I just stick to eggs in its natural state- but I wonder if it is ok |

just seen this - I can't tolerate soy lecithin, neither can a fellow B - I am a nonnie, we suspect she is too. However I can't take flaxseeds either, so it could be a hormonal issue. |
