hey Madls, so go for phosphatidylserine, is similar to lecithin and yummie for all brains or some
fishy oils it seems they are not that loaded with some lecker poisons than other real fishies outta ocean

That's a good question and is something I've pondered, also.

Soybean products are not so good for type B's, but lecithin has the questionable aspects of the soy removed and soy lecithin is fine for us.

Sunflower seeds are not so good for us B's, so I have wondered if the lecithin might also be missing the substances that are bad for us.
