It looks pretty strong that an AB is going to move into this household of Type O's. She is 14 years old, and has had no exposure to the BTD, save what she has seen around here. I have not gone out of my way to do anything for her diet, as she has just been a visitor for the most part.
Now it is pretty sure that she will be moving in, and I want to make our Type O household work for her.
I have been working my way through the typebase, as you can see in my blog today, and am starting to formulate a food plan of action. It might take a while to get her onto the program, and beef is going to be an issue, but I think that, beef aside, we can make things work.
I can't find my LR4YT, and might go and get another copy, but in the meantime, can people please post the basics of the AB personality with respect to exercise and lifestyle?
This child is extremely smart, driven and competative. She is very mature for her age in many, many ways, but is also immature (as so many teenagers are). She does dance a couple of times per week, and has the regular school exercise.

Thanks, Isa. I'm going to start working on all of this.
I'm thinking of ordering secretor status tests for myself (I want to retest when the weather isn't so hot), my own daughter and this girl. Might as well get it done! Maybe for hubby, too, although he just goes along.

Thanks Isa, That list helped me out too... Rachel... Speaking from another AB ( I'm 36 not a teenager !!) Keep perrier water with Agave necter and lemon juice around...awesome alternative to "Pop" I also have a real hard time with Beef...I love it...Maybe get some deflect for when she does it it (and it's not as bad as chicken for her)...As for Turkey..I would definately roast a whole Turkey when you can..the dark meat satisfies like beef somehow.Good luck and keep blogging to let us know how it's going....
Mom to 4 B's...living with extreme food allergies to wheat, all dairy, eggs and pineapple !! ( Me, not the kids..)
aaand perhaps is she also able to look around...beyond ....she will remark every faultiv speech and possible even thoughts...I guess NT's have all the same problem; we are much too directly in talkings and we don't want to harm anybody; but in our sometimes a bit rude form of talking, it might be,that it happens so I apologize in advance it depends if her N-sider is working into the sphaera or if her T-side is muchmore developed but interieure...remember..you'll deal with the servant but the General is à l'interieure
I noticed in your blog you talked about beef being a staple of your household, and burgers are a great food for your daughter. Maybe you could make up some burgers for the AB made with 1/2 and 1/2 ground turkey and lamb keeping them in the freezer until needed. Delicious and compliant. The ground turkey would help lower the cost of the ground lamb.

Twenty years ago, when I first found out that I'm allergic to beef (how appropriate for an A!), I just switched to lamb. In addition to buying ground lamb, I had the butcher cut a leg of lamb into 1"-thick slices. Then when everyone else was having (beef) steak, I'd enjoy a nice lamb round-steak.
May I also add: shy and curious; gregarious and retiring; refined and earthy; enthusiastic and enervated; a vulnerable carapace; the extrovert-hermit; an affable foe; come out and play!
lamb loving, sun worshipping, eternally youthful, narcissistic nature girl; sick of my own voice; crisis of confidence; "do you think I'm beautiful and smart?";
lumpy and anaemic; hairy or not; poetic, inspirational, nostalgic, ironic, sardonic brilliantly banal balladeers eg "...where are you now, it's time to milk the cow."(madge, age 11)
inoffensive and inspirational; intellectual and affronted by poor fashion sense; Stress Kills Us. Intense.
(Isa, is that you? It's me, madge! I'm back in Australia. Let's play!)
I haven't done the personality test in ages. Every time I did it in the past I came up with something a little different. I guess that's an AB trait, no? In any case, I don't recall the results.
It's been over a year since I've been online, (sorry I had to eat and run last year) .... the shipping container full of all our worldly goods was misshandled in the UK. We flew to Sydney but our house was shipped to New Zealand instead of Australia. We were reunited belatedly. By gosh I've missed your warm, effusive and downright appropriately excessive posts, Isa. Unbelievable. By the way, why are you called Tomatillo now? (And how do I do smilies?. This post feels naked without a smiley.)

You know, I find it remarkably easy to write bad poetry. Thanks heaps! kisses to you aplenty. I'm gonna take you up on that offer. btw wot do you think of the lovely line "where are you now, it's time to milk the cow?" eh madge
Kristin, BABE!!!!!!!!!! How are you? It's so lovely to hear your voice again. I never told you this but your posts have a calming and soothing effect on me. Like cool water on my brow. (Go figure.) In my mind you are the figure of Temperance (you know, um, the Tarot cards.....ahem...). Beautiful. I'm sooooo glad you're still here.
Isa, Isa, Isa, Isa, Isa....Tomatilla.... Isa, love, I was so sad you didn't recognise me IMMEDIATELY!!! The clue was in my line beginning, "It's me". Dead give away, in my mind!
Did I say I was slightly narcissistic?
Listen, I shan't waste Equipro's time/thread talking about myself and how tremendous it is to be back in the warm embrace of my fellow btders and how much I missed you all and how when I thought of you I would be suffused with this inexplicable sense of loss and longing, ... I'll post something on my travels some time soon, somewhere....but just briefly.....and then I'll be done....just want to say very quickly that I miss Europe terribly especially since I spent 3 years there struggling with my homesickness for Australia and in that time I sprouted an internal strip of emotional velcro that enabled me to attach myself to the English countryside, to the sheep, the cows, the bluebells, the canals, the red kite, the grey skies, the gloom, the rain, the interminable dimness, the cold, the cold and the wet, the cold, wet and grey gloominesss...and then suddenly I'm back here and the sun is hurting my eyes and it is stinging my skin, my skin which has become like a white sheet that is less than two hundred thread count (one's pores remain visible, alas) and the miracle of miracles is that I can now dry my washing outside and it actually does go dry, no not damp dry but dry dry and I find myself entranced by the sight of my drying washing. It's the middle of winter, for god's sake! I am mesmerised by the surreal vison of drying clothes OUTSIDE. It's blowing my mind, and ..darn, there's someone at the door...back soon..

sorry Madge- I was a bit confused because I thought it was the reply of EP's girlie ..... can you forgive me please perhaps it was a bit a little revenge for not having posted ONE word to US...on the board when you've been in Europe and whats' about this huh UK is just one hour far of Swicherlandli, WE the Swich, do have more than one airport in this little bloody country and I'd be glad to have picke U up anywhere here in this little country And there was moire than one possibility to get a bed right on here ;)....even AB-foods is possible to get so far RANT over Madl- glad that you are back does it mean to milk the cow= melken by hand....and not the torro :-/
yes, you milk the cow ...not the toro! That would be like ..um...handling the toro's sweetmeats. ....don't go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh Isa Isa ...I'm so so sorry I didn't say ciao to you ....when I said my goodbyes to the board in 2004 you were conferencing in the US ...and well, things just snowballed for us. I was soooooooo tired during the cleaning and packing and moving ....I get palpitations just thinking about it. But I never forgot you and I solemnly vowed to myself that I would contact you again and here I am....sure, it's a year later, and yes, I am a bit sheepish, and also more than a little bit contrite but I am genuinely, sincerely, over the moon, happy to be reunited with you.
I am completly resistible but not the smilies and no dearle, you said ciao to everybody last year- you went away before WE did go to the conference..... no probs. for that ..oups what is a jiffy sounds nice A2 is rencunière, but B is tougher = all forgiven
