Black tea with skim milk. The way I started my morning for about 25 years. I miss it. |

Cheese & dairy foods in general. I would have yogurt every day if I could. Those Nouriche Yoplait yogurt thingies, they call out to me..... "drink me, buy me....." Once in a while I do. I have never entirely given up the goat yogurts they sell at Whole Foods and goat cheese is another neutral I have too often. In 2004 I had dairy every day the last 6 months... a serving of kefir or goat yogurt, to see if the dairy/abdominal fat loss thing was true. (you may have read about the research) I didn't gain weight...ok I did a little. My acne flared way out and my joints swelled.
Dairy foods... they are the death for a type O. |

The ones that have corn syrup are mostly the ones you find in regular supermarkets. Go to a good health food store. I don't have any right now, so I can't tell you the brand (I think it's Shelton) makes an excellent turkey sausage with no O avoids. It's the same with turkey bacon - the ones at the supermarket have additives we should avoid, but not the kind at my health food store. |

I just have to say it.........I cook the best dang ribeye you've ever had.........charcoal grilled.....with mesquite wood.......medium rare.....pink, not bloody......nice juices running all over the plate.......full glass of French bordeaux......start off with a nice Caesar salad......then serve that steak with a big ol' baked potato.....butter & sour cream.......and, afterwards, top it off with some Ben and Jerry's New York Super Fudge Chunk. Now, that's what I'm talking about, baby! (this may happen on my birthday in June...crosses fingers...knocks on wood....)
~Adam
Well-if you haven't had your birthday yet, tomorrow is the last day. What's the scoop? Hope you enjoyed or enjoy it. Let us know how you felt or feel the next day. Of course, that will depend on how compliant you have been all along. Debra |

"the nightshade family"- tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants, peppers - I miss eggplant parmagiana and ratatouille!
luckily, as an A, I can eat & drink lots that I love (green tea, coffee, red wine, chocolate). I have found goat, yogurt & sheep cheeses to get the cheese fix. |

Ham sandwich made with Duke's mayonnaise on white bread; A sun-ripened tomato, so soft you couldn't carry it around the block, eaten over the kitchen sink with the juice running down to the elbows; That ribeye mentioned earlier; southern-style pulled pork - with coleslaw - and hot sauce - on a hamburger bun. sigh - the joys of being an "A" -- can't even have a dadburned potato... Avocado does take a little of the sting out of the misery... |

I oddly miss Orange Juice. It is just so good in the morning. Trying to cheat and eat tomato sauce got me violently ill through out this pregnancy. I might never eat it or be tempted agian. But I do miss an ice cold glass of OJ |

Wheat, because its so versatile & avaiable. Maybe potatoes would be a close second. |

Bacon, lettuce and (fresh) tomato sandwich on white bread smothered with mayo. POTATOES! Fried, mashed, french, you name it.....I eat it. BBQ Chicken Fresh corn on the cob, picked right out of my parents garden. Take-5 candy bar (my favorite) Heck, come to think of it, EVERYTHING! I want everything that I want when I want it. But, then my health won't get better. I'll feel like c**p and won't feel good. Actually, this is only day 1 for me eating BTD! ! Midge |

"What's the one Avoid that you MOST wish worked for your Type? " Coffee. But I do miss brie & crusty wheat bread. A lot. And cake. And pie crusts. And pinto beans (I'm Mexican from Texas, after all). Coconut Oil - I love middle eastern food. Cantaloupe. Oranges. Luckily, I love red meat, fish, veggies & herbal teas. And red wine. I just love food. |

This stuff ROCKS! Now I have to walk by the kitchen knowing dh hid some on the freezer & just go to bed, instead. Here's me thinking " yeah, good luck with that!"
