Useful knowledge for others.

We humans have a really hard time imagining ourselves in the future and altering our behaviors and expectations accordingly. Most of us would rather experience pleasure in the current moment, while leaving the pain for later.

from the article...

I once asked a insurance man what people did when they found out they had 2 month to live.. his answer.. NOTHING different at all..

I hope: I would take a trip..

When I see other peoples medicines schedule-I am happy to be here taking care of my health I only wish to drop weight more easily-life would be perfectionBeing 'here' creates understanding. BTD prevents damage from eating avoids. Thanks Dr D & your sups - all support and friendships

I think the most important to get to know for all of us is the fact that a lot is made and conducted by our subconsciousness ... and so far only a little part is driven by so called *persona* or also by our psyche patterns....

about fat making mircrobes...hmmm I think merely dif. electro waves certainly do !!!

Regarding #2, mind reading: if you're dealing Machiavellian types or anyone dishonest and sneaky, you have to work with your intuition and little else to know what's going on. Our senses take in a lot more information than we are aware of (nonverbal communication in this case), and our brains do a lot of processing we aren't aware of. I believe the findings of those processes come to us as intuition.
