Well i have 3 books of Mr Dadamo so i have enough But i also have this website - great research center. I have troubles following vegetarian diet because of mine lyme disease, which requires strict diet - low carbs. And is also restricted by treatment i am getting - marshall protocol . So i try to find things that are worst for me and which i can afford not to eat. |

I've settled in on and I'm having good results on the blood type diet. Lot's of energy and losing weight! So far it's been a great experience!
I've also researched what many other(so called) nutrion experts have to say and they seem to disagree on certain aspects, things like coconut oil for example.
The one food group that they all do seem to agree on is wheat... to a certain degree, It's usually eat sparingly in small portions or don't eat it at all.
As a B I'm eating some spelt and millet which are recommended as well as some brown rice and quinoa which are neutrals. In every case I've cut the portions in half down to about 3 tablespoons max and voila....I'm losing weight.
In my opinion....
The author of wheat belly has some valid points. Genetic modification has damaged wheat significantly to the point where it is no longer a healthy option. Right now I'm sticking to the ancient grains (God made) and avoiding the other GMO (man made ) c**p and I'm feeling the results.
One day I'd like to check this book out because as mentioned already, I find what he is talking about is intresting and thought provoking for sure. |

This new short wheat must be a GMO.
Wheat was tall, looking like ocean waves so much like the tall native grass on the prairie.
The short wheat, perhaps due to the agribusiness single crop method has a smut, a white fungus, said not to be harmful to humans.
However, my opthamologist said I can not wear contact lenses here. He said no one can, not here. I am not wearing my contact lenses. Nevertheless, my eyes are irritated whenever I am on the prairie.
I suspect a large part of the problem with modern wheat (and modern corn hybrids, for that matter) is that it is unnatural.
I have no problem with spelt. I even have spelt pancakes. |
