I just bought and downloaded the two more of Peter's books, Ageing and Fatigue. The only one outstanding now is the cardio book, as i have all the rest now whether in person, so to speak, or on Kindle.

I do like Kindle, although mine is not on wireless as i think they are unhealthy. so little hassle with post and so on, although i do miss the touch of the pages, however my library is full, so from now on where possible i have to buy on kindle.

I just finishing another book which is enlightening too it's called "What to do about your brain injured child" It's fascinating and really useful for generally being aware of how children learn things. even for less injured brains like ADD, autism ADHD and so on. haven't been able to put the book down much.

On with the learning folks

Please let me know if it links in any way to the other book on the market called "younger next year" where the author postulates that aging does not cause death....that only decay causes death...and that we must constantly "swim against the tide of decay" starting at age 45......or else face dire consequences
