I only found one reference to the BTD? Did I miss something?

I visited the site. I'm heartened that a board-certified MD specialist is buying into Individualized Medicine. I'm NOT as heartened that he is... "all over the map", however. He's buying into...lotsa other stuff, too. If you go to his home page after reading the link above, the overall picture can hit you as a smorgasbord. We all like and believe him for the D'Adamo connection, but other connections might cancel that out for many prospective patients and for his colleagues.

But it's another promising development. Hang on and watch.

If this guy was local, I would visit him to see if he would be a fit for our health team. At the very least there are some commonalities of language, though I am prone to like a lot of his approach already.  
He needs an invite to the conference...

Some lectins are destroyed by cooking, but at least he knows and values the knowledge of the lectins which survive!

I wish that I could consult with a professional who took Generative Medicine seriously.  Even if I had to endure a lecture about some modality that I found a little quakish.

May I say that I read some of his postings in past years about gluten sensitivity that were very helpful personally.  I am happy to see that he now mentions blood types.  Only helps the cause,  "He that is not against me is for me".......
