I have been experiencing pretty intense hand pain in both hands, particularly in the morning. Depending upon her age, it could be arthritis as well. Funny you should mention dairy. I am seeing a new naturopath who has asked me to give up all dairy except for eggs and ghee. She is fine with me eating wheat, although I hardly ever eat it.
Since I have given up dairy, with a few cheats here and there, my hand pain is noticeably less. It is not gone altogether but it is greatly diminished! Maybe it is all the daily. Can she look to get her protein from another source aside from dairy?
