Not sure, but I'd say any blood type could have leaky gut. Home-made stock/broth from bones is crucial due to the amino acids, fats, minerals to help cells in the lining of the gut. Soups/broth - very easy to digest, soothing to intestinal wall. I am putting in raw egg yokes, as am following a program to heal the gut properly and to sort out nutritional deficiencies, it takes time. The right type of supplements should help, as many act as co-factors in the body. It also can mean taking out some foods which inflame the system or don't digest well, this varies from person to person. If in doubt, a professional person with knowledge of leaky gut, might be worth consulting, but at the end of the day, no-one will know your system / body better than you. Rest & quality sleep also helps restore balance, aids healing.
I am Blood type A-non secretor: I would say that continuing to follow Dr.D'Adamo's blood type diet and taking the proper supplements will help. Eliminating stress is so important.
