Folks, I have liver pain and I now realize it is probably linked to the use of spray paint (which I never have used in my art work before) on a big painting a few days ago. I was outside, but other than that, I took no particular precautions. I did touch the paint accidentally, causing skin contact of a tiny amount, which I wiped off, I of course, held my breath during the spray, but I smelled the eerie smell of the chemical.....and now I have had liver pain for 24 hrs. then today I experienced briefly, fever, difficulty in breathing (not severe), and headache. I told family I was getting the flu. But then I felt better by tonite. (sort of). I just remembered the spray paint connection.....anyone care to weigh in on this? What to do for liver and kidney?

First supplement that comes to mind is Hepatiguard....if you don't have it, see if you can at least get some milk thistle or any of the other ingredients in this formula.

Green drinks couldn't hurt...

I'm thinking you might want to not let this go beyond another 24 hours if the pain stays the
same........call a poison control hot line for their opinion..  My fear is that you could be doing damage to your liver/kidneys by not getting quick treatment... Difficult to know if you've been seriously poisoned or just irritated.

{{{{{{hugs}}}}} I hope you can resolve this quickly!
