Hello Dr D'Adamo! Recently i have found your blood type diet and i want to know if you have some info related to this but specifically for celiac people because, in my case for instance, i'm type O and in accordance to the blood type diet, i can't eat anything with wheat (thing that is true) but also corn, beans, lentils, soy, milk and dairy products. I couldn't even imagine my life whitout these food now that i've discovered i'm celiac so, do you have any kind of information in order to know what would be the best for me (us if i speak for all the celiac community)?
i'm 33 years old. I have discovered i'm celiac 1 year ago and started a gluten free diet. I'm 174 cms (68 1⁄2in). Before my celiac diagnosis i weighed 47 kls (94 pounds); now it's 53 Kls (116 pounds) and i'm including corn, milk, lentils in my diet, but i have to be honest, each time i eat lentils, my gut becomes ill. Related to the milk and corn, I don't know (or i have no realize) if they make me get sick; all week days i eat "arepas" which are make by corn. In Colombia there are few products gluten free and one of the challenge is my breakfast becaus we don't have many options than corn and milk and fruits.

The best you can do is to follow the SWAMI diet, but the blood type diet is a great start toward a healthier you. You already realize that lentils bother you, but corn usually isn't as obvious, as it affects the insulin regulation - causing insulin resistance which can lead to overweight and diabetic problems later. Other avoids have issues specific to the person's type, usually well explained in the books (Eat Right 4 Your Type or Live Right 4 Your Type).
As Lloyd says (and it applies no matter where you live), your diet is only a matter of custom and it is up to you to remove the bad and get in more good to be healthier. Most of my meals are made from whole foods that I put together in the kitchen, rather than buying anything prepared from a restaurant or grocery store...

Try to focus on the foods you CAN have, rather than the ones you can't eat. I'm sure you can get rice and rice flour where you live? How about quinoa and millet?
Os should eat mostly vegetables and animal proteins (meat, eggs, and fish) and only small amounts of grains and beans. There are still plenty of beans that Os can eat, so you don't have to completely give up your favorite bean dishes- you'll just have to make them with different beans. You can make rice tortillas instead of using wheat or corn. I don't know if you'll be able to buy those ready-made, though. You can also certainly eat cooked rice in a dish with a fork (and other foods mixed in) rather than making sandwiches.
Think beyond "typical breakfast foods" for breakfast. Anything you can eat for lunch or dinner can also be a breakfast food. Most breakfast foods in most culture are actually unhealthy- few people do well starting the day with grains and sugars, yet grains and sugars are common breakfast foods nearly everywhere. Most people starting on BTD need to adapt to a new way of eating breakfast.

It's a matter of putting aside patterned behavior and being willing to establish a lifestyle that is based on your own health. Many of us were raised in places where the daily foods were all bad for us. For 3/4 of my life, I ate only Avoid foods, without knowing that they were the reason I had so many health problems.
As a type O, you will thrive on meat, fish, fresh vegetables, some eggs, fruit and some beans. There is plenty of food without corn, dairy and wheat.

make bone broth, add your veggies and good carbs as well as legumes......
