Dr D mentions in his book about that mix being ok for A's but similar to a blood transfusion if taken by O's something like that.
Yes I am very aware of that - glad you mentioned it here... I only take the Glucosamine that Dr. D. Recommends for O's. |

CHAI YO! Golddie, I am so glad and relieved. "This is the only body I have, so "I am going to love it, and I am going to take care of it." I am likely going to eat better and exercise and make sure get good sleep and can deal with stressors." I still work on it. Poor my body ...... before I know BTD I feed my body with chilis and tomatos....often..... I never know that I harmful my body. I am so grateful and THANK YOU VERY MUCH DR. PETER! |

There are many possible reasons for joint pain. Bone pain is a very frequent and debilitating symptom of some metastatic cancer and can be intractable. Would that glucosamine could relieve it, but, alas, these people may even have to use epidural anaesthesia.
There are many levels of many health problems. There are those we can self-treat easily, and we're all thrilled when we discover this. We share the remedies frequently here on the site, especially as they relate to Dr. D'Adamo's work.
I'm so glad Dr. D'Adamo is a proponent of complementary Medicine, believing in the use of modalities that include his own original research, the findings of other "alternative" researchers and practitioners, and those of allopathic medicine. I like his approach.
We all have to pick and choose, for ourselves, which options to pursue, at every step along the way. |

Joint Pain is different from bone pain..
Joint pain may just need a drop of Magnesium to feed the connective tissue of muscles.. one drop of magnesium gel worked for me..
Headaches may be from lack of Magnesium.. the brain is controlled by muscle also.
2 capsules of manganese might remove pain because we lack or do not retain Manganese.. (Standard process Ligaplex ll from any chiro or DO.. take as often as needed.
persistent joint pain gives you 2 choices..
1) you can avoid biting the bullet (not knowing) and do all sort of things to TRY and fix it.
2) or get Prolo Therapy and be fixed..
PM me for details.. been there done that.. spent thousands and suffered because I did not know!!

Quoted from Goldie
Joint Pain is different from bone pain..
And joint pain, too, can have any number of causes. There are nerve root disorders that manifest in joint pain. So-called Tennis Elbow can be one of these. A "carpal tunnel" sort of syndrome manifests in wrist pain. Shoulder pain can be due to Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, a compression of the brachial plexus that is actually occuring in the neck. And, yes, neck pain itself. Attending to the painful joint itself does not necessarily solve the problem, here. Joint pain that is caused by trauma to a joint should be investigated to rule out fractures and tears that may require surgical attention. In the case of more minor injuries, the ol' RICE is very effective, sometimes with anti-inflammatory meds, but magnesium is definitely worth a try in musculoskeletal injury - I've had success with it. The application of anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic substances, such as essential oil of Roman Chamomile (diluted in olive oil), can soothe the body's hyper-reactivity to the injury. There are pain syndromes that have people on heavy medication, long-term, just to make it through a day. My heart goes out to these people. Thankfully, there is also now a specialty in Medicine called "Pain Management", and modalities other than drugs are preferred unless the patient is in so much pain (or has a contraindicating condition) s/he can't pursue those alternatives. It's good that Medicine is looking at them. It's also good the drugs are there, to elevate Quality of Life for those who need them. Yes, there are not only different types of pain; there are also degrees of pain. The ability to verbally describe pain - both quantitatively and qualitatively - is an evolving art in Medicine, laden with pitfalls and room for misunderstanding. |

Well years ago i had an xray of my thumb joints and the doc said there was nothing there. my chiro then told me it was most likely calcium build up and when i do take calcium supp's i get more pain there. the pain i have is a radiating throbbing pain. it does not happen all the time. but when it comes on it really is very irritating and worries me. many times now I cannot grasp things without pain shooting through the thumb joints and my grasp is weak because of it. so that's the kind of pain i have. |

Goldie, I am inspired by your attitude.
As an environmental activist I always look at cancer as an environmental illness. I totally believe in the diets for helping heal everything-- it has really worked for me. I know it-- and a positive attitude can work for you.
I just want to say that one of the pieces of the puzzle so many people forget about in healing from diseases, especially with the immune system-- if we poison our world, we poison ourselves. So I aim for minimizing the environmental factors-- so many body care products and cleaning products are toxic. So I only use environmentally safe ones. And I think about where my food really comes from... no animals fed on GMOs, etc. |

BluesSinger- I'm new to an old thread here, but did you add any new grains or increase any in particular after getting your SWAMI? Even compliant grains can cause problems like arthritis.
