Other than all the BTD supp's I've just started to take to help relief the almost continual joint pain I'm now having as my body starts its healing process due to my new Swami compliancy... I found this site: http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/joint-pain-relief-techniques.htmlwhat do you all think? Anyone tried any of this? I mean I didn't realize how much pain I've been living with all these years. Getting off junk food and feeling great mentally and emotionally is fantastic.. but now I've got immense pain going on. As talked about in another thread, it's got to be the healing process as my body begins to release cells full of toxins, etc., etc. I used to have a sauna but I don't now. After we re-locate, I'll get another one as I swear by them. |

I just bookmarked that site. Yesterday my Core fitness instructor substitute was the Boot Camp Instructor. My neck is in pain. So I’m going to try out his techniques. Thanks.
The reason my normal fitness instructor wasn’t there and they had to find a substitute in a hurry was because she was in the hospital. She has one lung collapsed and the other lung has a blood clot in it. She just turned 60 last week. She doesn’t smoke and rarely has a drink. She teaches fitness at the park district, works as a physical therapist somewhere, works as a massage therapist at a chiropractic office and does private massages. So she definitely isn’t a stationary person. She’s not overweight. I just shake my head in wonder how someone so physically fit could have a blood clot. |

For joint pain I would use Magnesium gel (order from me via PM) or any other Magnesium you can apply ...
In my book IT lubricates the muscles and sinuses and whatever connection to the bone tissue... Use it to prevent tearing and scarring.. use it even when not needed.. if the knees hurt use it, if the back hurts, use it one DROP at a rub.. this is cheap medicine..
Also look at other mineral supplementation.. like Manganese which works for body pain..but pm me for dosage.. ..
To your question about why the blood clot... because : SHE is not doing BTD!!!!!! yes that is the answer..
once you get it that BTD in all the books or all the way to swami, is designed to make the difference in HEALTH..!! YES I believe that..!
I may have cancer just now, will find out tomorrow.. but no matter.. NO MATTER what will be the outcome, without BTD I would be sick, in pain, weak, suicidal, scared, worried, lost, frustrated, feeling lost..
I AM NONE of those! ... only because of BTD.
Will I survive a cancer? I have no idea.. but I KNOW that I HAVE a CHANCE! with BTD to do the best I can.. to be well for as long as my life will let me live. If I am going to be in need of saving my life, I will only be able to do it KNOWING that I have the TOOLS to do it.
I might get up at 4:30 in the morning to do a fresh air walk since I think that to be good for cancer.. I might start MMS, (ask me) and I might do on operation but not chemo.. only because I have tools to eat right, to build ME UP with food.. I might juice more and do high or low enemas as that all will be, in my opinion, the best way to fight a cancer.. or illness, and I will live my life to the fullest. I will NEVER NEED to be afraid.. because of BTD..
EXERCISES alone are not enough, I have seen toooooo many who drop dead being totally fit.. exercise is draining some peoples health when they over due.. and kill their body.. because of ignorance!!! or because they never listened to any one about BTD ... YES!
BTD ROCKS!!!
Sorry if I went off topic.. ............ wow I just typed this with only one mistyping.. (If I made great grammar errors someone please tell me.. thanks...)

Goldie: I hope you don’t have cancer, but if you do, you’re a fighter. My instructor probably eats what she thinks is healthy, but does not follow the BTD.
BluesSinger: Thanks for the link. I tried the techniques & it cured my neck pain. If I lay down, it hurt to get up & if I bent forward it hurt to straighten up. Now no pain. |

Goldie shatzala, how did it came that you're speaking about chances to have got cancer Did you made any tests ....and if so please remember that nonnieness leads to irelevant outputs in medical testings !!! I've told you once that I was also tested positive for ca and in reality nada was there ....I only was shocked how those cane be that cruel to play such games with people... this was the beginnings of my doubtfulness against all MD's !!! Then I intensifyed my educative work in natural healings and so that helped me out of the negative situation in not understanding what happens with and in my body..... expressis verbis as being a highly sensitive explorer.....even todays when unsane intentions of geneticans try to make me believe whatever... nope it's my who will take care of myselve and nobody else............. from Isa |

RedLilac- how scary about your yoga instructor. I have to wonder if she was a B or AB who ate a lot of chicken- clearly something in her diet wasn't right.

Hi Goldie, You are in my thoughts and prayers. “THINKING POSITIVE IS ALWAY THE BEST” After I read the book of Live right, I was worried because there are so many diseases that every blood type can catch. I would like to share a true story of something that happened with a friend of mine: My friend and his wife were both long time smokers. At that time he was a hunter in the forest. One day his wife wasn’t feeling very good. She went to see the doctor and was told she has TB. Then her husband went for a checkup also. It turns out that he also had TB at the same time. The Doctor told him to take pills but he didn’t want to accept the doctor’s treatment. He just came home and became a vegetarian. He quit being a hunter and he just thought all the time, “I do not have TB. I never had TB, and I never will have TB. I am strong!” After 2 years he went to see the Doctor for another checkup. This time he didn’t have TB anymore. That was a surprise. The power of the mind can be a very wonderful thing! Love and always love your posts! ((((BIG HUG))) |

Thanks all .. thanks.. Goldie..
BUT the question was about how to consider BTD for survivors of any serious illness..
Yes thinking is so important .. I have not been the same (depressed thinking) since I took the Trehalose Complex.. IT has changed the way I see the world.. it cleaned out old cobwebs from my thinking brain.. I would have you look at the thread about Trehalose wow by Spring.. it is endless but you would get the feeling for it soon enough and it is cheap by other standards.. I took it for several month and still take it .. not as religious.. but I will certainly start again as soon as I have the results .. day after tomorrow..
I have wonderful images on U-tube to follow and I had learned many years ago to deal with my inner life thinking .. all will come to life if I need it and even if I don't.. .. the need and the good results are always there.. even in the unseen hidden things affecting our body/mind..
I liked the story above.. a good mantra.. a good saying.. love it! I like that he gave up HUNTING as that could be as much on issue emotionally / cosmically as any other factor, even if there is nothing wrong with hunting for food not sport.. .. follow the inner voice and learn, allow new methods and thinking to take root.. Trehalose Complex helped to do that much easier!!!

I take glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM together in one capsule. That always worked best for me.. |

That tart cherry juice helps, too, but it can be expensive if you are on a tight budget. I now live near a Vitamin Shoppe that has this juice & use it sometimes. I have a bad stubbed toe from the year 2000 that has a little pain. When I take the cherry juice for a while, it goes away.
It is interesting to note that joint pain is often from eating incorrectly as well as injury. |

Dr D mentions in his book about that mix being ok for A's but similar to a blood transfusion if taken by O's something like that. |
